Actions on COVID-19
Under the influence of COVID-19, the on-site conference will be regretfully cancelled and CONF-SPML is going to be held online. For the safety concern of all participants, we have decided to hold a virtual conference which is also effective and convenient for academic exchange and communication. Everyone interested in this field are welcomed to join the online conference on our YouTube channel and to give comments and raise questions to the speeches and presentations. We are hoping the pandemic to soon come to an end and we could see each other next year.

Submission InfoReview Process
The submission will first be reviewed for its topic and length, then go through an originality check. The peer-review process will begin soon after the paper is found to be qualified. The paper will be sent to have a double-blind peer review by three reviewers. They will judge the paper based on the theme, coverage, innovation, integrity, depth, and language. If the paper is accepted, notification of acceptance and review comments will be sent to the author via email. The actual review time may be different under certain situations.
Publication
All accepted papers of CONF-SPML 2021 will be published by Conference Publishing Services (CPS) and will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, Scopus, CPCI (Web of Science) and other databases for indexing. CONF-SPML 2021 has been approved by IEEE, you can follow THIS LINK for more details.
